Insurance Options
Mal’s Milky Way is contracted with The Lactation Network to accept a variety of insurance policies. Typically, insurance covers up to 6 visits, including prenatal care!
Currently United Health Care and the VA are the only in-network insurance plan for TLN
Cash Pay Options
Mal’s Milky Way can accept HSA/FSA payments in addition to cash, check, and typical credit and debit cards. If your insurance is not in network with TLN, a superbill can be provided after services to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. MMW cannot guarantee how much insurance will reimburse.

MMW is in the process of getting in-network with multiple insurance companies. Interested in having us as an in-network provider with your company?

Lifecycle packages can be mixed payments of insurance and cash pay (if TLN works with or we are directly in-network with your insurance) as insurance plans may cover the portion of direct lactation services but do not cover the other amazing benefits the package has to offer.
What the out-of-pocket cost covers:
-unlimited messaging services
-on-call time for guaranteed postpartum visit within one week of delivery
-travel fees for home visits
